I’ve gone here a few times and it’s great! The employees are always nice and super helpful. They seem to have some pretty good deals on the regular which I definitely appreciate.

I had a great experience with Tim! His customer service was excellent even though I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for, he helped me pick out some great options. He was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dani and Tim provided great service for my first time experience. Really made the place feel like home and made me feel welcome. The selection of gummies is incredible and don't even get me started with how delicious the new Burning Acre yogurt parfaits are. An amazing store and a must-stop for visitors of Birmingham! You're the best, OG Puff!

Tim and Jacolbi were great! I shop at each store and the Eastwood one is by far my favorite! The environment and music is always fire! They are just welcoming souls! They listen well they keep up with my jokes and allow you to just enjoy the ambiance of their amazing “bud-tending”. They keep up with each persons individual likes; and new people are questioned to their liking so that every selection. I love OG Puff and love the consistency of their product.
