Can't say anything bad about the service here just straight up hippy grass and down to earth people. EDIT: State of the industry Been going here for a few months and generally its a pretty down to earth experience and I appreciate not seeing a new person every single time that I go in there... I went in today looking for a product, decided on "Super Boof"... The fella was new, took a minute with my ID, didn't really track me when I asked about sales, didn't pay good enough attention when I said I wanted 1g... He had me with an eigth at the counter, manager lady sent him to the rack to get a g instead, now I have 1g of "Scooby Doo", not "Super Boof". $2 tip as well. Alaska, are you just ALL going to konga line into these clubs trying your hands as new tenders, FOR ETERNITY?? Guys, MCC, I am paying for your new hires with my EXPERIENCE .... I go out of my way to be cordial, easy going, and appreciative when I am in a place of business DOING business - - and your paid employees can't even pay attention! These people are being HIRED for SERVICE JOBS and yet, they don't even have the BASICS of service mentality - if they DO - they STILL FAIL, either fumbling the transaction or flat out giving the wrong products to customers who pay money for what they are looking at. Maybe yall need to better name your bud if you cant handle listening when a dude says SUPER BOOF and poits at it in the case. Homeboy even leaned in and made SURE to read it, so, why am I sitting here with some weird bud that I didn't buy?! Much love yall but christ on a crutch I am a customer service professional .... Yall are NOT haha I keep waiting to get some regular down home SERVICE, I mean cmon now, I asked for some weed, and you couldn't even get the order right. Be ashamed see yall next time.
