Hello, today while my boyfriend was on the phone with me, he entered your store to buy marijuana, and I heard that the female employee at the door who was in charge of checking IDs behaved overly familiar with my boyfriend and engaged in personal conversation. I believe this is not appropriate for professional conduct, and I wanted to inform you about the situation.

It’s a very nice and decent dispensary shop! Knowing that this is the first Legally Licensed Cannabis Shop in Alaska makes it very cool and makes me happy to be an Alaskan! I can’t wait to comeback here again! Also the prices of the merchandise, the products, and everything here is super neat! Also if you want munchies but want more products the pizza restaurant is across from here hahaha! Peace and love!

Of the two dispensary options in Skagway I would avoid this one. The Good: The selection of products including accessories are good and the prices are also on par. They have nice menus and screens to display the selection of flowers concentrates and edibles. The Bad: The staff is not great. They are uninformed about the product they are working with. When asked sinple questions inwas scoffed at and told they dont know. The owner the proceeded to do some quick searching on their phone only to provide information that was not useful for the question. There have been new staffing changes and none of them offer good customer service. If your a loyalty program member I recommend you mention it because they won't. Maybe this will improve with time but based on my interaction I am skeptical. It felt like I was annoying the staff by being there and asking one very simple question. Overall if you are visiting for the day and want an inexpensive product and do not want any usefull help from the staff, stop in here. If you want a more curated experience and a bud tender who is interested in getting you what you want and understand the product, visit the other dispensary located on 4th ave (only a 5 minute walk).
