Amaury was absolutely awesome and a sigh of relief after I got through struggling with you guys BS automated answering thing. You guys really need to get rid of that crap and I mean nobody likes that I can see how it’s probably very helpful to you not having to employee so many people, but the face that people have in your company I believe relies on customer relations if I feel like I don’t like you then I’m not gonna like your product or anything you have to offer if I can’t get simple human responses if and when I need them, it makes me feel like there’s no concern for me or the money I spend or the products I need to help my life out I’m just saying guys you need more people like Amaury And I mean immediately if you could hire 150 guys just like him
