I used to like this place a lot but this is the 2nd time ive been played First time they gave me a promo joint. Got home just to find the container empty with nothing in it. I didnt post a review because when I told them this they replaced it with a lower quality joint. It was lower quality but I was glad they tried to make it right. This time I was recommended sluggers brand. Diamond infused blah blah blah. Don't get me wrong I love sluggers. However this particular Joint would not pull. There was no way for me to smoke it. I put it out and went back in to see if they could figure out what was wrong. On this particular day I spent close to $300. Everything else was fine. She said "ive never had a problem with this brand did you squish it or sit on it." This is unprofessional and unacceptable service. The manager could have least come out and spoke to me face to face. I believe it was either tampered with or faulty product. Who cares how much you spend when the quality control is 50/50
