I ignored everybody else's review of this place and decided to try it anyway. Very overpriced for the little bit of product they have. I suggest going to Coco farms which is less than 3 miles from there. You can get the same quality product from anywhere else for at least 30 to 50% cheaper. Staff was really nice but that's the only reason they get one star

Placed an online order over and hour and half ago, drove all the way out to Concord and when I got there, the cashier told me they were all sold out of my items and forgot to cancel the order…even when I placed it an hour in advance so they had plenty of time to inform me. Completely wasted my time, highly suggest you don’t waste your time here as well.

AVOID! Coastal has now been purchased by Stizzy so all of their products aren’t the same anymore. High prices, low quality, and they do not honor coupons from previous original owners.

This is store is below midz. Everytime i go to this store it gets worst. The customer service/budtenders are super nice but coastal clearly has that hint of corporate greed. Way too expensive for midz products, the selection of products dwindles down with every experience. I live very close to this spot and I go out of my way to go buy products in antioch because the selection is poor, the prices are too high on what they carry, poor incentive program(you get a $5 reward for having to spend $100). Coastal is definitely a last resort. Barely any edibles on hand, no good brands of flower or organic living soil top shelf.

I’m being generous with my review. The customer service the people were nice and friendly. But this was my first time at the dispensary and the girl was clueless. I don’t know if she was New or what. I explained to her that I was not a traditional weed smoker and I needed something light. She started talking all this lingual that I wasn’t familiar with. Told her that. She never asked what budget I was working with. She never suggested pre-rolls or gummy’s. She went straight to flower. I guess she calls it. I ended up getting Gummies myself when I saw them in the corner and she suggested a pre-roll which I agreed to. My total came to $31 and I left the rest as a tip. She wanted to be sure that I was leaving the nine dollar tip and I said yes. The reason why I left a tip is to show her that yes I had money, but my broke is different than someone else’s broke. She never asked once what budget was I working with at the dispensary. She could’ve sold much more items to me, but she clearly had to be new or just didn’t know what she was doing. At most of dispensaries when you’re new, they’ll give you something free or they’ll give you a discount. I got neither. Let’s just say it’s highly unlikely I return unless I can’t find a dispensary.
