I just moved to Petaluma and one of my friends recommended this place. The security officer was very welcoming when I arrived, and one of the associates was incredibly sweet! She cleared up questions I had and recommended some alternatives. I felt very comfortable in the store and I will definitely be coming back again, thank you all so much for being so accommodating! Best place ever!

Service was prompt and courteous. Location is in a good spot. The reason for 4/5 stars, is because I prefer to shop and physically touch, read... the items I would like. This place does not offer that. So, I feel rushed. I am apt to purchase more when I am able to take my time and shop.

Been coming here for a few years and with how accessible and convenient their hours are, they have been a real life saver for some of those stressful nights. The staff has always provided honest and helpful advice as well has always hitting their mark on great recommendations. Staff always has a genuine smile and you can tell everyone there loves their job and the people they serve. Deals are always great and hard to miss with them providing great advertising of events and deals weeks prior to them actually doing it. But overall great staff, good environment and I have never gone home unsatisfied.

Not sure who designed this place but they clearly prioritized security over customer experience. The staff is kind but the service is incredibly slow. I waited in line for far too long before becoming frustrated and leaving to go to a different dispensary very close by. The service there was much faster and the prices were better. I won't be returning to Mercy.

Top notch 420 dispensary, collective, lounge, or whatever you wanna call it, but definitely a well managed and stocked place with variety and knowledgeable bud tenders! I felt like a kid in a candy store! I'm glad I asked a local where to go because when I did a Google search for a local dispensary nothing came up within 75 miles, except for delivery which tells me there's a conspiracy to keep loadies inside waiting on online deliveries! Maybe if more people completed a review, we could get this place on the map where it belongs! Puff, puff, pass!
