PACKS Club Cannabis Weed Dispensary near SGV

First time purchasing at Packs after going with my friend months ago! Safe to say I will be coming more frequently. They have a great selection of pens, flower, and accessories and I do like that their prices on Weedmaps include taxes! All of the staff were nice and made sure I was greeted and tended to. Melanie and Jennifer made sure that I got the items I came in looking for even if that meant they had to go grab it from display (which they did! ) They were also knowledgeable with the products they carry and were also able to give me recommendations! First time patients get 25% off their first 2 purchases btw! 10/10 experience

Usually enjoyed coming to this location but the customer service here has seriously dropped to the point I dont want to return. I called in 01/22 to inquire about a deal typically run on the 24th of each month. The man who answered said “Let me check my calendar .” He said “Yes they are on sale Saturday “ great, I asked what deal it was and he said 40%. I put my order in online Saturday, am made to wait for the “express” order only to be told there was no deal? Umm I called and asked, I wouldnt have made the drive from Anaheim to El Monte!!! It was a waste of time and waste of gas your employees looked at me like I was lying, had them put it all back. Either your staff cant read and updated deal sheet and gave me false information or your staff are bait n switch lairs. Im done with you guys. How difficult is it to answer our questions with accurate honest information??? Who do you have working for you they cant read a date??? This was so inconvenient!! So mad!! I went to the Packs in OC and they said WEIRD… we are running that deal. Now I did call OC and they weren’t sure they were going to run the deal. This lead to the call with El Monte confirming the deal. This was alot of driving to get this deal… but thanks for coming through Packs OC … El Monte idk..

Ashley was amazing! Super knowledgeable and sweet personality! And overall anytime I come here every staff I dealt with has been beyond helpful! From the security staff at the doors to the minute you walk in everyone there is very welcoming!! The product is always on point and the deals of prices are just right!!! Highly recommended

Hi, not sure if you guys know but every time I’ve tried to call it goes straight to vm. I’ve been trying to get your deals for the week or if there’s one for the month which normally there is. I sent a message via instagram but no response. It’s frustrating not being able to get through. I would drive up there, but i unfortunately do not live near by. I come from far and I’m not trying to waste my time nor gas by going to the shop and you guys not having what I want. I just want to know the deals so I know what days to go on. The packs in south la has been pretty good about getting back to their customers via instagram. I would really appreciate if someone can just post the deals on here or check their phones bc I’m sure I’m not the only one with the same issues. Ty
