Awesome place! I was greeted by Lorraine at the door - super sweet. Steve was my guide and was so kind and helpful. John P and Nikole checked me out and they were lovely as well. 5🌟

Selection is good, presentation is good. Check your receipts. I ordered online and even updated my medical when I picked up my order- there were no correct prices and taxes were insane. Like being punished for even thinking a disabled person could get a break. There gummies were buy two get one free... I was even charged for the free one when I went to pick up my order. I paid $90 more because of the errors. Pretty sad. Because my questioning made a delay service was less nice people were annoyed with me. I left feeling embarrassed, sad, disappointed and with less product than I could have gotten- I wouldn't even care that I was told "if that's what the receipt says that's what you pay" no math or double checking ANYTHING for me. I had to get dinner and be ready for a show in less than an hour which truly sucked. Had to catch a plane in the morning and as I look over my order and realize the pricing to error was even worse- it truly hurts my feelings. Like the first time I got a hate note parking in handicap parking- not all scars are in your face people. I wish people could superman scan my body to help the "she doesn't look disabled/in pain/like she "deserves" special treatment" I don't want it- the law has inclusion of my need. You don't have to like it.

The only shop I’ll go to! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, always. Store is always immaculate and organized. Reminds me of an Apple Store. Last time I was in, I bought the wrong thing by mistake, and the manager Vanessa was so nice. Helped me out AND hooked me up. Customer service is not lost on this company. I’ll forever be a client and the smoking lounge in Hollywood is one of my favorite places to be!

I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. The atmosphere is light and captivating, the product selection is great, the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and the staff take their security measures pretty seriously. The only downside I’ve found is the tax they add on. I’ve visited another dispensary where the price that’s listed on their website was the same price I’d get in store. For instance, if a product listed online says $18.00, that’s including all fees so there are no surprises later. I wish The Artist Tree did that too. I also wish they were a bit closer to where I live. Other than that, I’d give this place a 3.5/5.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Kass, hands-down one of the BEST delivery drivers I’ve ever had from any dispensary. Kass was super friendly, professional, and right on time—literally made the whole process effortless. She kept me updated the entire way, arrived with the warmest vibe, and made sure everything in my order was perfect before leaving. You can tell Kass genuinely cares about customer experience, and that energy makes such a big difference. If you’re ordering delivery, ask for Kass—you won’t regret it. Honestly, 10/10. Kass deserves all the praise! 🌿💚
