I first started going here years ago when it was not a legal dispensary lol. Now Artist Tree has moved in, and it's cool. I like the atmosphere upstairs. The staff there are all super chill. Viktor helped me last visit, and he was cool too. I hope Artist Tree treat their employees well and pay them a living wage.

I’ve been to a few of these branches but this location is my absolute favorite just based on the kindness of the staff. Got to talking upstairs about how anxious I’ve been lately with THC, and I got turned on to a CBD product that has been bringing me a lot of relief and joy! It only happened because of the lovely staff guiding me and listening! This location I’ve also found and enjoyed preroll packs and transdermal patches—sometimes I can only find what I’m looking for from a delivery service, but I know I can walk into the artist tree and always find something!

Closed early for one day… no sense for the regulars who come every week and don’t check your website because why would you close early for 1 day…? Have to walk to another dispo now, like great.

yesterday I had the worst experience here which left me visibly shaking and my heart pounding through my chest. I explained that there was a discount online for bulk stiiizy vapes and the Asian man with the star pimple patch on his face was aggressive, rude, and kept insisting that I was being rude to him, but I simply asked him for patience so I could show him on my phone what the prices were showing up as online. He said that didn’t matter. He was increasingly irritable and had all of their employees and customers watching this interaction. I was originally being helped by a woman with long dark brown/black hair which then she just watched the rest of this interaction of this man being increasingly rude to me. After this man argued with me and kept telling me I was wrong, even though I literally showed him on my phone. He also said “you know we don’t have to serve you” after I walked there in the pouring rain. I replied “is that a threat?” To which he said nothing. After all that chaos he finally decided to give me a bigger discount than what I was asking for that was advertised from their website. I can only assume he gave me the discount so that I wouldn’t write a bad review but … I was shaking, with my heart pounding, trying to mask my emotions to not make a scene. I never raised my voice. I simply replied to this man’s questions and he gave me nonstop attitude. Koreatown literally has the worst dispensaries and it’s not because of the products, it’s because of the people who work there. I hope I never have to walk into this establishment or bored n stone ever again, I will drive all the way to eagle rock to go to Off the Charts, where they actually respect me every time I walk in. EDIT UPDATE AFTER THEY REPLIED:: I did not use weed maps, I used your website. I never asked for discounts stacked, I asked for the discount that was showing on your website. Idk why that’s so hard to understand. The manager literally threatened to not serve me and left me visibly shaking … why on earth would I ever come back to this establishment? The customer service is so terrible yall literally hate your customers and he manager literally caused a scene when I came in for my order, for everyone in the shop to see. His displayed nasty, arrogant, and rude service. And after he argued with me to the point of me shaking he said “ok nvm” like bro what????? The discount was NOT WORTH ME LEAVING HERE VISIBLY SHAKING FROM ANXIETY. Yall are terrible terrible terrible. Again, the Asian manager wearing a star pimple patch on his face was the man who threatened to not serve me and was absolutely nasty to me, in front of everyone. I hope they enjoyed the show. Was not worth me coming out in the rain to get berated for trying to show the manager what is showing up online. Maybe actually listen to your customers before spewing arrogant nonsense and making your customers scared for their life. Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to this reply. I WILL ONLY BE GOING TO OFF THE CHARTS IN THE FUTURE The artist tree & bored n stone are terrible with nasty rude managers. Koreatown sucks when it comes to dispensaries. I’ll drive 30mins away just to get good customer service since this establishment and all of its employees are not capable of giving quality customer service by the way, I’m obviously not the only person who has experienced this level of terrible customer service. just read the reviews. You guys need a serious team meeting to change the attitude of that manager. Idc if you’re having a bad day you don’t need to take it out on the customers….

I went to WS to get a new Le Creuset pot and walked out with a pot and a baking pan. Victor was amazing! He was so sweet and answered all my questions about size, price, and how to best set up my set of pots. I will surely call on him the next time I'm back in the store.
