Pretty sure I was over charged the lady didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt so it’s frustrating. budtender is rude as always , Moses is always chill but it’s the other girl with glasses and tattoos should not be a bud tender I’ve never had a good experience with her . Customer for almost a year but this is my last straw

Good and wide variety of products but the staff were kinda rude and off putting. I walked up to the counter and was dismissed by the bud tender immediately. Waited five min till the next one was done with their transaction and called me over even she had a little bit of an attitude. I wanted to give a customer tip at the end but she wanted a five dollar tip and when I asked to go back to the previous screen she bluntly asked "Why what did you do now?" girl nevermind then. Maybe it was just a rough day for the tender/tenders but the whole experience put me off. I guess a lot of people come for the products and not the experience cause y'all got 4.8 stars for something 🤷🏿‍♀️

Has to be one of, if not the best dispensary in LA, the bud tenders actually know what they are talking about; knowledgeable on every brand and always have a great attitude. Even the security guards are great here.

Had a great experience at The CHRONIC. Lee tended to me and was very nice and knowledgeable with the product. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The store is very well stocked with lots to choose from and very organized. I definitely will be back. Thank you Lee and thank you to The CHRONIC .
