All the people in here are extremely rude they charge $5 extra per item and 16.00 in tax per item. Told me 1 price os $38 then when I excepted the bill it was $63 said wait that not right. Dude said oh sorry changed price to $58 and told me that it is tax. I said oh that still not right. Dude behind counted grab the merchandise and said im done and walked away. So I walked out because he was rude.

This has been the only time I've had a bad experience with The Higher Path and that sucks. I was under the impression that my order was $97 which it literally still says on my order and says I paid that amount which is literally false and a lie. I am not sure if that’s to claim less for the order to the IRS due to it being a cash order but I feel scammed. I was charged $229.91 for my $97 order. That is a 136% increase. At no point was I made aware of the change or even any effort to be transparent about the change in price until they were standing right in front of me. The only messages I received were tracking details and about updating my medical recommendation which I kind of thought was nice at the time. I would’ve expected that THP honor the price at sale, especially with California laws about that. But when it had arrived I was caught off guard and surprised by the amount and asked if at the very least I could get items removed that would be worth the sale price and was shot down. Which really does suck because the service has usually always been great. Edit: Keep in mind I have spent just under $3,000 in a little less than a year specifically at just this establishment. I took a small T break and when I finally returned this happened to me. Which sucks I feel scammed and wronged especially when I really enjoyed this establishment :/ The order wouldn’t even process unless it hit a price threshold for delivery. SO I HAD TO ADD MORE THINGS FOR IT TO EVEN PROCESS AND QUALIFY FOR DELIVERY! AND I WAS CHARGED A CRAZY INCREASE FROM THE FINAL CHECK OUT PRICE!

First we have been loyal, repeat customers for more than 5years. We usually go on the 20th for customer appreciation day. We even got an email yesterday touting they were restocked and ready for us. . So you can imagine when we arrived early today to find two of our favorites OUT of stock and the third favorite nearly gone. The usually helpful staff had to be sought out to ask about the stock levels and she acted”oh well” was . One month understood but this is the 2nd month like this. Perhaps we need to shop around since this customer does not feel appreciated.
