Sweet Flower - Pasadena Cannabis Dispensary

Intentionally misled and was given false advertising by budtender! She said $15 a g and it wasn’t. Long story short: I was charged $60 for using a card for 45$ worth of product( 2gs each $15 a piece b4 tax on wax Wednesday?!?) plus the 3.50 card fee or whatever… still isn’t $60. When I came back a few minutes later and asked for a refund they made me wait 5mins before smugly saying “we don’t refund wax”. There wasn’t even a line and they intentionally avoided the question like it was some business secret. I insisted that my card was overcharged, but again I was refused a refund! I’d love to speak to a manager b/c this place literally robbed me out of $20! Rounding to the nearest 5 does not mean add $15 plus dollars! The receipt was thrown out and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a copy of it! Very rude service and its so ironic because I always let small things go with this location: like them having no clue about my weedmaps order in store pick up and it's been over an hour. I've purchased a lot from this place and am a local. Also, your budtenders are usually OK with their jobs, but to argue with one about her literally robbing me and overcharging my card is ridiculous!

I wish I knew the details of everyone who helped me because I would love to give them the recognition here. The entire store and staff are so incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. They hooked me up with all the right products. The inside of the store is nicely set up and everything has a neat display.

Craig was very nice. I was a little nervous since it was my first. He made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I really appreciated.

Great place. Friendly staff, chill vibe. Basically a good dispensary. Gibson helped me. I was visiting from out of state for thanksgiving and don’t know much about that stuff. Gibson helped me. Answered everything I asked and was patient. Great store!
