Wheelhouse Cannabis Dispensary & Delivery – Port Hueneme

I have been meaning to leave this review for a few years now. I never left the review because I accepted this dispensary as the trash it is and strictly visit Safeport now. Well anyways a few years ago my friend and I walked in to get a few Stiizy and raw garden carts. I was already not the fondest of the dispensary, the long wait times to get in, the stale popcorn (why even offer that), cash only, the prices etc. On this particular visit, some jerk customer rudely bumped into my friend and shoved her out of his way as he walked out and even said something. Mind you, my friend is a woman and wasn’t even in his way— he just wanted to be a jerk and got away with this antagonizing, abusive behavior. He technically put hands on her and she literally flew to the side. We were both in shock and in disbelief that this could happen in front of 4+ budtenders, including the one (Andrea) ringing us up. I complained to the owner and instead got some random Jon Burga hitting us up saying he would “make sure the dispensary takes great care of us.” And by that he meant we would be receiving some promotional bunk weed items. Just trash. Anyways, I just want to say that I wouldn’t waste my time and money at a place this inadequate and unprofessional. I will never spend another dime and I haven’t in years. I strongly dislike unprofessional and unethical businesses.

Great experience. Eric was very helpful. I got just what I needed very quickly, and I got an early bird discount so that made it even better. It’s my go to place for sure!😁

So Wheel House has special on the first and on the 15th if you get there early, you have the freedom of taking your time and picking what you want if you have questions Eric is there to answer and he’s so patient and understanding with someone that doesn’t know very much about purchasing But I was able to get more and enough of what I want. Also join their lounge. It’s beautiful in there and it’s cozy and they have everything you need. Check it out. Thank you to Eric for taking care of me. I left a happy happy customer.oh ,They have a big parking lot too.

Alex was super friendly, the security guard was also friendly and attentive. Person is the back was also friendly (despite mixing me up with another Matt's order lol not their fault at all theres too many matts out there) Place is solid 🤙🏼

FIRST TIME @ WHEEL HOUSE :D Staff were very welcoming, and I was able to even get a discount for being a first time customer! Shout out to MARY she was super welcoming and provided me with great information on the point system they have there and more, can’t wait to go again. Got this pineapple paradise and it’s sweet c: p.s. There Popcorn is so good ((:
