I've been going here for three years, so I'm very surprised by how I was treated on the evening of 12/14/25. I lost$20 in the store which is not a lot of money but I just don't believe their explanation because it wasnt in my wallet. I couldve sworn I gave it to the person helping me but they claim I did not. Soooo... I won't be going back there. Too many questions and the employees handling were rude and sketchy with their attitudes. The security guard kept looking at me like he was a cop and I was a suspect which I let pass once before but he made his final impression; the girl with the big glasses (who was eavesdropping on the incident while acting very supervisory and critical but not addressing me except with dirty looks to the point I had to say something about her attitude to which she replied, ,"Don't talk to me.". Huh??? "You're in customer service and I wouldnt even notice you if you weren't sighing, rolling your eyes and watching me suspiciously"; and the floor manager (who I believe lied to me about reviewing the cameras for what happened to my cash). It seemed like the security guard was judginge me based on my skin color as far as how he threatened to kick me out. I wasn't behaving angrily or cursing. I was just naturally expressing confusion and he tried to control my freedom of speech by getting in my face. I do not like him at all. If I had been there with my man there's no way that would've happened. None of them thanked me for waiting over 30 minutes for nothing. Going there actually ruined my night. The experience was too humiliating and distasteful to ever go back. This is my second review about the incident. The first one they took down because it was probably inappropriate. God knows I was really pissed when I wrote it.

I’ve been a customer at Haven San Bernardino since 2020, back when online ordering actually meant something. You could place an order, walk in, and be out quickly. Over time, that system has completely fallen apart. Now, even with an online order placed in advance, you’re still waiting 15–20 minutes just to pick up a small order. At that point, what’s the purpose of online ordering? On top of the wait times, there’s consistently an unwelcoming atmosphere that makes the experience worse. I’ve tried to stay loyal for five years, but today was the last straw. Poor order management and disregard for customer time is why I won’t be returning. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience.

Kiomi helped me on my visit to Haven. What made her personally stand out? her vibe! She was singing Delirious by Vistoso Bosses, and instantly I fell in love with her character. Keep up the good vibes and good work, Kiomi. You are truly special! :)))!!! (From a previous Higher Ground customer)
