This is such a great shop! The staff is always kind and helpful. They offer really competitive prices and always have good deals going on. Also, Sarah is amazing. She has helped me out a few times and she is the best! Give her a raise, yo!

I recently visited the Wellgreens PB location after an unreasonable amount of time spent trying to find it, as it still bears the name of the previous business and even having called the store to ask for some help finding them. Nobody either knew how to explain or didn’t care. That alone should’ve been my ominous sign to turn around and go somewhere else. After entering the store, I looked around for someone to help me understand all the different things available and where to find what I came to buy. Roughly ten minutes later, A store associate came to me and asked if I had any questions. She was very helpful and was educating me on a lot of things and answering my questions making me more educated in one consumer. Not even five minutes into the conversation, an Apparently disgruntled individual who identified herself as the store manager in a very curt and dry tone, and immediately, in a very gruff manner Right in front of me sent the store associate who was helping me To go do something else in the back, Mid conversation! Didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me if I need help or treat me in a manner appropriate for a business professional talking to a customer/guest. I couldn’t believe the nerve of this individual being so rude and disrespectful to her employee let alone to me a customer, right in front of other customers. She totally made me feel so self-conscious and as if I had done something wrong and the entire time I spent in the store she instead of helping me with my purchase would just follow me around the store and wouldn’t even answer my questions Treating me as if she suspected me stealing or something. I am so disgusted by that experience that I left without buying and ultimately went absolutely in shock and discussed and embarrassment and feeling ashamed of what I don’t know because I didn’t do anything. I literally went to a different company to make my purchase because I swore I would never shop from your company again because of the way I was Mistreated and made to feel as if I was some sort of dirtbag. I’ve experienced some really terrible things in my life and gone through some very horrible periods where I’ve been made to feel less than human and this experience made me so sad that I began to feel this way again. I am a very friendly person and I get along with everybody can make friends with anybody and can strike up a conversation with whoever whenever wherever. How was I supposed to make an educated and informed purchase when I am made to feel like a criminal because of how I look but haven’t even taken the time to get to know me all because I’m asking questions of a store associate who would be the natural go-to person I would think to answer my questions and inform me of What I wish to know about the things that I’m putting in my body? All I know is that I will never ever ever visit the store again specifically because of my horrendous experience with the manager at the PB Wellgreens Location. That experience was uncalled for and I very likely will not shop at that store again. I’m a loyal and frequent customer when I feel welcome and appreciated and I have only positive energy to share. That manager is a liability to your business and she will drive good customers like me away. Thank you for your time and attention. Have a blessed day. ☹️

This dispensary is the definition of “you get what you don’t pay for.” Customer service? Nonexistent. I’ve seen vending machines with more personality and better communication skills. The staff acts like you’re bothering them just by walking in, and the product looks like it was picked off the clearance shelf of a gas station. All of this… while somehow charging top-shelf prices. Make it make sense. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Even your cousin’s friend’s plug is more reliable than this place.

Went there last week when I was in San Diego for the a weekend. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member Dani was incredibly helpful and patient with me while offering great suggestions. The 1/8 she helped me select definitely earned them another customer when I returned to San Diego. Great staff, warm and friendly atmosphere felt like I was talking to my friends here.
