Harborside San Francisco Dispensary

This is a very good place but it seems that one person can really change how you feel. I ordered 7 eights of UpNorth Master Kush and an eight of something else. The total was over 300 dollars. I reserved online (and confirmed) for the pickup. I left work drove across town. When i got there I was told they were out. When I told him that based on menu i just drove across town there was no apology or any kind of understanding. I was told he would find get me something else. When I did not want something else he seemed put out. When I started to leave I tossed a 510 battery which I was going to buy on to the counter (just a toss nothing aggressive or anger about it). When I asked about another eight I was informed i would not be served for throwing the battery at him. What did I do wrong. I have purchased cannabis many times from the SF store and always had great help and courteous people. I will go back I just make sure to work with someone else next time.

Such an awesome store! The woman at the front who was checking IDs was so welcoming (I wish I’d gotten her name). She saw it was my birthday on my ID and told me about their birthday promotions and offered to help me pick something. Her attitude and kindness made my night :) I would definitely come back!

Jonathan was extremely attentive and polite, tried to reach all the strains I was looking for and with an amazing smile in his face! I loved it! It brightened shine my day! Thank you! The store has the best stuff for sure! Highly recommended
