Hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and relaxed, not rushed or transactional. The staff genuinely took the time to help, asked the right questions, and made sure I left with products that actually fit what I was looking for, not just whatever was on special.
The budtenders clearly know their stuff. They explained differences between strains, effects, and formats in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone who doesn’t want a science lecture. I appreciated that they didn’t upsell or push unnecessary add-ons. It felt honest and customer-first.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Products were clearly labeled, pricing was transparent, and there were plenty of options across flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and topicals. Everything I purchased was fresh, high quality, and exactly as described. No surprises, just solid products that delivered.
Checkout was smooth and efficient, and I never felt rushed even though it was busy. You can tell the team works well together and actually enjoys being there, which makes a big difference as a customer.
If you’re looking for a dispensary with knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, quality products, and a genuinely good atmosphere, this is the place. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this spot to friends without hesitation.
Be careful… my husband went in to get medicine for me and specifically asked for a rosin gummy. The budtender (who is supposed to be knowledgeable about the product) told him a brand made all their gummies with rosin. He purchase it and brought it home and no where on the packaging or on their website does it show it is made with rosin. We did further research and found it is made with distillate which I cannot use as I do not react well to it. I called about 30 minutes after the transaction and the last 3 days. No one answers the phone and they do not call back. Nor do they reply to the online contact us page. While some people go in for recreational use, there are many who go in for medicine and have specific needs and should be able to trust the budtenders to provide correct information. We cannot use the product and the fact that they don’t answer the phone ever is weird. I would recommend going elsewhere. I’m super disappointed.

I've been a customer for a little while now, always spending a good amount of money. However, when I call them over the phone like today, noone answers and thats very frustrating especially when you placed an order online and need to make changes. So DISSAPOINTING!!!

I have shopped here many times before and I’m satisfied with the product. However they charge a three dollar fee for using a debit. This is understandable however I decided to try and avoid the fee by Placing my order online. I wanted to avoid a run to the ATM. The website asked how I would be paying and I put debit. The online portal showed no fees for using debit and showed my total with card. However when I Paid for the product in store I was still charged the fee. You guys need to update your website so it tells the customer theres a fee for using debit.

I drove down from Riverside to pick up an online order that my wife had set up. This isy 1st time even going into the building and I could already tell that the environment was VERY friendly and welcoming. Super nice staff, exhilarating energy, customer service was top notch, and to top it all off, very safe and clean. Around the clock disinfecting and sanitizing all areas of service. I'm very happy and satisfied with everything here. Happy New Year!
