I keep trying to give these guys business, but they close early. Mike 10 or 15 minutes early everyday. Policy? Funny, I go to another shop that's open right till the last minute, they do great business, and everybody gets along just fine. So I'm going to shop there instead from now on. Halfpipe has wasted enough of my time and enough of my trips across town. And halfpipe management, you might put your actual closing time on Google instead of the lie you've currently got published there.

Normally, I do not write reviews, but l'm gonna make an exception for this dispensary and unfortunately I have to give them 1 star, but they don't deserve that one star at all. Me and my friend stopped going there because some of their employees were rude to us, but Recently, I started going back there thinking that they have hired better employees I was wrong. Their employees are still rude. I will be taking my money to other dispensaries. HalfPipe dispensary will no longer be on my referred list. I will tell people not to go there because their employees are rude and customer service is not good either.

As a longtime customer to this business, I am appalled by what took place today.
I began my experience purchasing a single item. I was given the total I produced my tender and reminded the young woman. Then i'm a veteran after she announced the total.
Now, let me remind you this is not the first time this has happened.However, this is the last time it will happen at this dispensary, as long as this individual and their security stays employed.
The attitude I received was that of oh, i'm sorry.I can't give you your money back now.This sale is complete.
I disagree. I never once took possession of my product and nor has this ever happened in the past, where suddenly my veteran discount is no longer honored.
They tried to console me with a bag of edibles that I do not like. Apparently that wasn't good enough for them because all I wanted was either the discount or my money back and I was willing to go somewhere else with no problems. However, they did not want it to end that way. They insisted that I either a leave my money in product or grab my product and take my change. No discount, right? One way or the other.
Not legal, not, it's a professional and definitely not okay.
Beyond that, once I became elevated and told them I am not leaving without my money and established a boundary that seem to be a bit of a challenge to their security team.
The security guard approached me threatened me and told me that ugh I needed to leave.Now, it was quite obvious that this young man had no idea what he was doing, as security is probably the least experience.He's ever had any experience in period right.
This individual, it needs to be let go now.
It took the store manager to come out and descalate. I can say one thing I am never returning here unless I get an apology for the way I was treated.
Being a disabled veteran in this community and shopping at the same dispensary for years, I guess that I thought that we had worked through this in the past Already however I was wrong.
This is yet another reason why I recommend the reef because they really do take care of veterans.Unlike this pathetic excuse for a dispensary, that is a perfect stop if you want to get triggered.
Since I am so emotionally distraught over this, the triggering experience, I felt it was important to report this dispensary to the bcc. I really do hope they do not get in any trouble, however, I'm trying to locate someone who can take some accountability for this situation. Such as an owner or the like I am left with little choices as to how to seek any sort of conclusion to this, particularly disturbing event.
But to hold someone's money hostage my money, in order for them to get their way and get me out, not cool. Not only is it completely illegal, but it is completely uncool unprofessional, and bizarre that a business would even hold someone's money hostage. I served this country, and I fought for freedom not to be dictated to buy some wannabe, authority figure in a cannabis dispensary of all places. Give me a break.
I’ve been going here since I was 18 with my medical for the best prices in seaside and never had any issue. I had gone yesterday and the security had some type of problem with me being there and gave me the ugliest face he could pull out of his box. Again not once have I EVER had an issue, I’m super cool with every last worker they’ve had there for years and always recommend this spot to anyone who asks me what’s best. Don’t know what this guy had up his, but that attitude was very unnecessary and unprofessional. Valued customer, I’ve spent thousands here with no problem. Me and my buddy felt unwelcome to a spot we would almost go daily to because of some security we’ve never even seen there before. I’ve given 5 stars here before on multiple accounts and occasions, but my experience yesterday was so unpleasant I’ve taken away stars from my review and I’m updating how I feel about this place.
Halfpipe if you’re reading this, you guys are awesome. Correct that securities attitude or deal with more customers who feel the need to go to another dispensary like myself.
