Went here before Christmas for the first time. I really liked it. My daughter goes here so she recommended Connected to me. The entire staff was extremely helpful. I told them what I like and they recommended great products for me. Pro-Tip: Order online first. Sign up for their email alerts. New customers get a reward and if you spend $50 you get a great gift for $1. If you buy online ,you still wait to get inside but its fast after that. Only wish Connected was bigger. Go there!!!

This young man was extremely helpful to me. I don't come very often but always have a pleasant experience in your shop. Isreal made me feel like my order and my time was valuable. I'm very hard of hearing and Isreal respected that and was very patient with me. If I was younger I'd probably would have wanted to work in your establishment. Everyone is so easy going and obviously it's a great place to work because I did see many familiar faces and that made me smile. Hope to see you again before the New Year begins.
