I drive 45 minutes just to come here, and it’s always worth it. I legitimately come here like 5 times a week. Atmosphere and vibes are unbeatable — chill, friendly, and welcoming every single time. The prices are great, they always have awesome deals, and the product selection is top-notch — anything you could possibly want, they’ve got it. Every time i walk into store im greeted by some of the best receptionists in the industry, Mayra is my favorite always makes me laugh and Emily too. Big shoutout to Summer, who’s helped me the most as a budtender — her customer service is excellent every time! Also want to give credit to James, Zoey, OG, Lali, Mayra, Alana, Cheyenne, Emily, Devyn, and Yadi — everyone brings amazing energy and makes every visit a great experience. Major props to — Chris, Alex, JC, and Cindy — for running such a strong, professional, and positive team. And a special shoutout to Yo, the product manager — she’s got incredible taste when it comes to product selection and a personality that lights up the whole room. From the moment I walked in, the energy was chill but professional. The staff actually know their products… they didn’t just push random stuff, they listened to what I wanted and matched me with the perfect strain. Prices were fair, product was fresh (not dry like some spots), and the store setup made everything easy to browse. You can tell they care about quality and vibe equally. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.

Visit time: about 1.30pm Tuesday Oct 28 My first experience here is a memorable one. I bought a couple of carts and a battery pack/pen combo a few nights ago and the battery pack turned out to be faulty. I brought it back in (twice, because I forgot my ID 😅) and they just took care of it. They swapped the product for an identical one, which is amazing, excepting that THAT one had the same issue. Once more, they swapped it for another one of similar style only to discover in the parking lot that THAT one had the SAME ISSUE. I showed them, they opened up several more products to find it to be a batch issue/ manufacturing defect. They ultimately swapped item for an entirely new item and gave me a refund for the faulty product. This is customer service at its finest and I will definitely be returning. Your staff is amazing and all the ones on shift deserve acknowledgement. Cheers

I live in Escondido, but I happily make the drive to Vista for this place — not just for my meds, but for the atmosphere. The vibe here is relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Tonight, I used their delivery service for the first time. I’d had a few beers, and driving after drinking is something my family and I simply do not do. We’ve lost a loved one to drunk driving, so safety always comes first. Ordering through Weedmaps was quick and simple, and I got a fast response from a real person — not some automated bot. The person helping me was incredibly kind and helpful the entire way through. Then the driver, fittingly named Lord, showed up with a big smile and no trouble finding my home (which, trust me, is not easy to locate on GPS). He took care of everything quickly and wished me a great night before heading off. Top-notch service from start to finish. Thank you all for running a business that truly cares about your customers — you’ve earned a loyal one for life. 🙌
