The space is spacious, modern, and inviting, and what really sets it apart is that you can browse the actual products on the floor instead of ordering from a menu while staff pulls items from the back. It feels like real retail; relaxed, transparent, and easy to shop. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful without hovering. Bonus for locals: West Hollywood residents get 30% off every day, which makes this an easy favorite. Highly recommend.
