Always a great experience met with smiles and warm welcomes. Today was a bit better than that. Taona handled my online order. She was so sweet and paid attention to detail. Was very engaging, and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. Hope to be helped by her again in the future.

Out of every place I've ever spent money, this locations has been by far the worst experience to make a simple payment. Every time I make a purchase I get charged a processing fee which I kinda understand but then the system has to round up to the nearest $5 which is ridiculous. I've never had any other business prefrom this practice. I tried making the payment online to avoid this but when I tried to pay online it wanted me to add my banking information and I refused cause that's ridiculous!! I got frustrated trying to figure out how I can just enter card detail for payment but the system wouldn't let me so I went into the store to make the purchase. My total went from $42.72 to $55 for Processing fees and rounding up. Thats over $10 in addition charges.. I wanted to split my payment and they told me they couldn't do that so I wasted my time going in. I've never had a business, make it so hard to pay them for a product or service. Why can't making a purchase just be simple?!?

Messed up an order and wouldn’t refund or exchange. I asked for a disposable o-pen and was given a cartridge instead. Staff (Izzy) and Old dude who claimed to be store manager (never gave a name) extremely rude and unhelpful. Could’ve added points, gave a free battery or something, but did nothing to help, ended up spending an extra $10 to get a battery so I could smoke what I purchased.
