I went to this store looking to buy chocolate. The product I was shown was in the chocolate section, and the staff even told me it was really good — so I bought two. When I opened the package, they turned out to be gummies, not chocolate. I went back to the store, but no one took responsibility. They told me they couldn’t take it back, and not even the manager came out to apologize or offer me a chocolate as a gesture. In the end, I bought two products I didn’t want. The salesperson did a great job selling, but unfortunately gave me the wrong product for what I was looking for. The real problem is that the team didn’t respond at all, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. I don’t plan on coming back.
