I had a great experience at Epic Remedy thanks to Trevor, our budtender. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and gave us thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. He didn’t try to upsell or rush the interaction—instead, he made sure we understood our options and felt confident about what we were getting. Trevor had a great vibe—chill, knowledgeable, and super respectful. It’s clear he knows his stuff and actually cares about the customers having a good experience. You could tell he enjoys what he does, and that energy made the whole visit that much better.

I have been to this dispensary twice now, and have had the most incredible and warm experiences with the staff! The first time that I came, I was helped by Abby, and she was just so personable and informational, she was able to answer all of my questions and even help me find Some new pre-rolls that gave me exactly the kind of sleep. I was hoping for! The second time that I came in, I was helped by Trevor, and he was equally as amazing! Personable, lighthearted, and just such welcoming personalities in every staff member that Has assisted me! I haven’t really committed to one specific recreational dispensary until now! I love the prices and I love the people! Abby and Trevor, thank you so much for being so awesome! I will definitely be back again soon!

I had my first visit yesterday and I must say this place is awesome! From the lobby to the backroom, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. My budtender Abigail was legit! She was very helpful and kept it 100! Like she said isn’t a car salesman and wasn’t there to take my money but rather help me find what I was there looking for ! Everyone there had amazing vibes. My cashier Dylan and Justice were amazing they gave me all the good deals for the future. The other workers Abby Trevor, and Jacob are amazing spontaneous their vibes are amazing. They’re outgoing. I love the smiles and the positivity in that store every time I walk in there.
