Drove all that way for nothing, they didn't accept my ID. I'm never coming back, I've been disappointed twice now.

Excellent products, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff (Yes, ALL of them!), AND the prices are un-freakin-believable, boys and girls!!! I'm always a very generous tipper, but when I realized how much "happiness" I was getting for my final price, I I felt compelled to give them an almost 50% tip to leave with a clear conscience!!

I appreciate the team here always good folks and very quick to address any issues. I come for the product but return for the service. The one issue I had was an honest mistake and quickly addressed within hours and I'm glad yall pay attention to the quality of service honestly. Looking forward to returning!

I purchased a pen that unfortunately did not function as expected, and I was not informed that it was unsuitable for strong hits. Had I been aware of this limitation, I would not have made the purchase. The item cost twenty dollars, and I was informed that a refund could not be issued. I will have to visit the location in Aurora, as they offer a better experience.

I came here months ago, looking for Altitude, and found this place took over. I had a great experience! Celecia helped me, and did a very good job. I had a coupon from the last place, and she actually honored the coupon! I drive a long way to come to this location, but only because I use to get 50% off. Now I will come back due to Celecia making such a good experience for me. Thank you!
