Came in to grab a pre-roll for a concert at the Mission ballroom which is within the vicinity. The store was clean, organized and welcoming. "T" (Trevor) helped navigate which pre-roll would be the best choice for the occasion. He was polite, personable and demonstrated customer service above and beyond what would be expected. He is truly an asset to Lemonade. I will return solely because of the experience he provided. Thank you T.
