Native Roots Marijuana Dispensary Tower - Airport MED/REC

Horrible experience, won’t go back. I drove 17 min out of my way to go here too. Dumb. I have been a medical member of native roots since the red card first existed… I have shopped medically since the start of the new year with my med card at Native Roots and another dispensary with no problem. And now they won’t accept my med card with zero heads up or notice from either the state or Native Roots (whom I am a medical member with) about anything regarding any law change that they have just decided to start to enforce 7 days into the year. I’ve shopped twice with my med card since then. I wasn’t even offered 5% off to shop recreational as Native Roots fully should notify their medical patient members of changes that will prevent them from being able to use their Colorado State issued medical card. This was on them and they apparently didn’t care to offer me anything for their mistake. So someone apparently doesn’t know how to do their job at Native Roots at all, or I’d have been able to use my registered and active med card and shop at their store. I even have an EPC with native Roots. Time to switch that. I’m learning there are better dispensaries these days. At least ones that take better care of their loyal medical patient customers Thanks for the wasted morning Native Roots!!!!

I absolutely can’t find enough good things to say about this Native Roots!! Everybody there is just absolutely wonderful, always the best vibes every time I go! Ty helped me out on New years day, he was super helpful and super kind!! Even gave me a recommendation, I went with it and loved it! Just amazing amazing amazing!

I absolutely love coming here!! They have the nicest staff and all of them are very knowledgeable about their work! I wanna give a special shout out to Erika who helped us a few times! She has this awesome smile and just nicest vibe overall.

Came to Denver for a bbq and met a well informed gentleman named Pawel. He was able to answer every question and recommendation and was able to make my first time experience memorable and informative. I look forward to coming back to use my rewards on my next trip

They have good deals and allow stackable rewards. Good birthday credit. Deals to save money will ALWAYS get me to come back. There's a different dispensary on the other side of town in Green Valley, and they don't even honor their own coupons with certain products. I avoid that place. Both times I went was a terrible experience. BUT not here at Native Roots!!! Much better deals and service!! My only complaint is a lot of the strains aren't potent enough for me. But I have a tolerance gained over almost 30 years. Otherwise perfect score! The guy that gave me my order at Native Roots was super chill and friendly. He cracked me up with his "Hell yeah" phrase. All around a good experience! Thank you for the great deals and great service!
