I was very loyal, but I’m unsure now. Please watch out because I I was recently told that all the points that I had put money into and accumulated were gone and erased because of a new switch. That it’s just “at zero now”and it is what it is. It’s very frustrating and upsetting that I joined the rewards program and cannot reap the benefits of such. One worker even told me that the don’t know how to really use the app or what is going on in the app.
