I have been a loyal Native Roots shopper for medical and recreational products for over 2 years. It’s a nice, chill place in town where I can get good medical products for a reasonable price. The staff has been friendly, helpful, suggested new products , and the background atmosphere music is just enough to lift the spirits. The last two times I have shopped at Native Roots have been very different. The major difference is the very loud volume of some music that made me want to leave. I use the word music because there were instrumental sounds but also lots of screaming. Not exactly the chill environment I am used to enjoying and I wondered if I had accidentally driven to Palisade. The bud tender was cold and disinterested and pointed at a tablet when I explained what I wanted. Friendly service! I don’t like this new Native Roots; things have REALLY gone downhill since Daniel left. Not sure I will be back, especially without earplugs!

Always quality products. Good vibes, great staff. One young gentleman went above and beyond to serve us. I want to say his name. But I cannot be certain, he wears a lot of skull accessories and jewelry. Thank Sir for your good service, extra care and great attitude.

Shent was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. If you visit the dispensary, do yourself a favor and ask for Shent—you won’t be disappointed!

It’s so nice having a dispensary so close to where I live, not having to drive all the way to Palisade is very convenient. It also makes my experience so much better when I get to come in and be helped by people like Daniel and Cooper because they are super knowledgeable and very helpful and The most friendly bud tenders I have ever encountered. Will continue to keep coming here for as long as I live. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
