I dont recommend trying to go here. Its likely to end up a waste of time, especially because its not like they're conveniently located regardless if you're headed north or south. I've shown up only for them to be closed for lunch, and they close earlier than everyone else even on weekends. They offer points if you sign up but then never give them to you. Last time I was in there I was told it would be a couple days, a week later I'm told the manager has to do it. Why is it so difficult? How is it not automatic or been reviewed within a weeks time? And then only a manager can fix it so for a second time I dont get to use the points? Ya'll trust someone to run a store and handle cash by themselves but cant trust them to fix points when managers arent keeping up on things or system errors? Its so frustrating to hear that something has not been taken care of, twice, when every time youve gone in its been completely empty. It makes sense why everywhere else usually has lines and i've never seen anyone else here. Anywhere else they've been able to immediately fix any point issues, and I've never shown up for them to unexpectedly be closed. EDIT: I did speak to a manager who was good to deal with. However I was told that the issue would be noted and that it would be resolved only for me to go in and actually be called an inconvenience. Beyond unprofessional the one long haired child is. I walked through the door to be helped and no one acknowledged me because he was too busy finishing his conversation. Then once helped, the note that was supposed to be made was not made which is frustrating when you're told something then it still didnt happen. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from one person who acts like hes a big man yet is just a cashier with no ability to do anything. This place is a joke.

Years-long customer. Have run into issues in the past, that ALL staff have handled with elegance, grace and the utmost professionalism. IF YOU RUN INTO ISSUES, GIVE THEM A CALL & THEY’LL FIX IT (as best as they can). With that said, the service here is bar-none, best in the State. The quality of the product is also fire, albeit a bit popcorny [bud] and lower-end variety/selections on the vapes. There’s hardly ever a wait time & it’s on/off the highway. Additionally, I’ve always been a bit sus of the prepackaged eighths. After today’s weigh-in on the ounce’ worth of [bud] product, I wanted to share those results to accompany this review. I bought 8 eighths of the same variety of flower, and they did me so good - it was worth this 5-star review.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable on the products sold. It was my first time in there and the process was easy. Showed them my identification, went through a secured door. There is a huge selection of products. Tres is the fellow who helped me after I told him I had never been to any of their locations. There is a menu for easier selection but I thought it was better to get first hand opinion on what would be best. No pictures could be taken inside so I posted pictures of the outside. Location is off the interstate, tons of parking available as well. Will definitely be back.
