Rocky Road Thornton Marijuana Dispensary

Johnnie F was my budtender and was chill, polite, and prompt. I love the Rocky Road franchise. This location has a wide selection of glass, flower, carts, and a respectable selection of edibles. Hole-in the wall gem, efficient use of a small space. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for nearly 7 years and it was my go to dispo. My most recent experience was last Thursday and the last time I’ll purchase from RR Thornton. Johnny has an attitude problem and clearly has t worked with the public prior to this position. He literally didn’t say one word to me as I picked up my online order. Counted out my change set it on the counter with my receipt and turned his back to me. I was appalled at his behavior. I’ve felt some sort of tension with him for a minute now but I have no clue why. To the good employees thank you! Now I’ve got my MMJ card and have a new dispo that fits my needs!

Milla is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel super welcome with her friendly attitude and great energy. She has such a good vibe, chill, genuine, and easy to talk to. You can tell she really knows her stuff when it comes to weed; she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave some great recommendations I ended up loving. It’s always a great experience when Milla’s behind the counter. Definitely one of the best budtenders out there!

This dispo is awesome! Staff is so kind from start to end. The employee at the front let me know about the special they have for 1st time visitors. Then my budtender Paula was super sweet and helpful picking out some edibles that help manage pain! Soooo much good vibes from everyone

Unfortunately, my experience at Rocky Road Dispensary was disappointing. The customer service was lacking—staff were impatient, unhelpful, and didn’t provide any guidance or product education. It felt like they weren’t interested in my needs as a customer at all. As for the product, the quality was well below expectations. It contained seeds, had no aroma, no flavor, and overall felt poorly handled. This doesn’t reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from a professional dispensary. I can’t confidently recommend this place. If you’re looking for knowledgeable service and quality products, I’d suggest exploring other options.
