Great staff and plenty of options. Definitely recommend Jackson for solutions to your needs! Only downside is the constant dropping of their machines and either having to make sure you have cash or have to use their atm inside.

I've been going here at least once a week pretty much since they opened, so they know who i am. The one day I lose my ID, they say unfortunately you cant get anything due to no ID which I totally understand. But the fact that I was denied using the atm because of not having an ID is one of the most absurd things I've ever heard. Thanks for giving me that treatment even though I've spent over a thousand dollars there. What a joke

Went for the first time after frequenting Affinity in Bridgeport and New Haven and I'll be going to Hi People instead from now on. The employees were so sweet and it's such a cute spot! 10/10

Prices are a bit on the high side for recreational. The taxes are high but that's not their fault. The door greeter was so sweet. We talked for a good 5 minutes. The bud tender was informative but not the best at math. We wanted a $25 eighth and didn't want to go above $30. He kept suggesting the ones for $30 and then forgetting the tax which brings it above our $30 max. I guess that's what the cash registers are for but you should at least be able to do some form of mental math. Other than that the place is nice and the pizza restaurant (The Italian Pavilion) is back open as a little take out joint out back. Spend $50 in Hi! People and get a free small or show your receipt and get a $10 large cheese. Only for a limited time to celebrate the grand opening. This may not be relevant in a few months.

Jackson was absolutely amazing. Patient, informative, and great sense of humor. The rest of the staff, The Ladies, were all phenomenal. Helpful, kind, and down to earth. Great atmosphere. A must go to for all the feel good items you are looking for. From focus, to uplifting, to making sure you get the zzzzz's in. Thank you!
