Fine Fettle - Manchester Dispensary

I’ve been shopping here since this fine fettle has opened up and I’ve have now gone to there competitors. First I want to state that every employee that I have met is extremely friendly (this is the only good thing about this place). I usually order pick up because I want to be quick with my purchase and get in and out. However every time I go to pick up my order there is always a wait. They have one person for pick ups and every-time I am waiting 5-10 minutes in the online order section while someone is shopping for their weed. I don’t understand how this happens every time I go but it does. To make things worse the walk in line keeps moving while I’m still waiting for my one order. This does not help this place since they have the highest prices in the area. There is no need to go to this place when there is another dispensary right down the road for cheaper. I’ve also never had to wait more than 5 minutes at other dispensary. In short this place has long wait times and expensive product.

1 guy who waited on me,he was a tall and thin guy with a beard. Seemed very inpatient and didn't take the time to look up what I was asking for and said, well this is all we have in this. Bothing else like hd couldn't see which had the least, etc. which was the (Spicey)that I wanted less of so you don't choke to death trying to enjoy getting high. He just didn't put in the effort and I told him that I was going to go to Budr in Vernon because they have it but I was in the area and thought I'd try Fine Fettle since I've heard good things but I don't think I'll go back.

Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly people behind the counter and they actually know their stuff. Prices are decent and the space feels comfortable. Would go again.

Can't get no better. The ambiance is like any other and the workers are all absolutely amazing. Intelligent well-off pupils to get you off in the right direction. I personally greatly appreciate the whole effort everybody puts in.

First time there. And the guy at the front desk was awesome. He took the time on the phone with me first. And when I got there he knew exactly who I was and gave me the names of the stuff I wanted. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP...
