Love the shopping experience here. They are always helpful and the employees make it a very pleasant personal experience. I always preorder but I watch them with other customers and they take time for each customer. Also…the atmosphere is amazing!

Ive been buying cartridges and disposables for years, my girlfriend bought me a wedding cake comfy 1g cartridge as a gift. I installed on my yocan around 7 p.m. took a total of 6 hits throughout the evening went to bed around 11. The next morning I went to smoke and it was clogged and the whole cart had bubbles in it, I had the receipt and headed to fine fettle where she had purchased it, I was told she needed to be the one to return it. Today Saturday 12/20/25 I returned to fine fettle with my girlfriend. They took the cart to the back for and had me wait 15 minutes until they came back out and told her okay they got it working...... they preheated it until the oil was tasted and looked burnt to get it to work so they wouldn't have to replace it. Never giving them a dime again!!! Disgusting considering the buisness I give them..... ill just make the drive north 👍 carts are $25 for fernway in mass and chocolate bars come in factory packaging and are 2 for $30 incredibles!! Would NOT RECOMMEND FINE FETTLE FOR COMFY CATRIDGES OR RETURN POLICY ON VAPES.

Great store! Staff are super friendly which makes the vibe relaxing and easygoing. The products are great (Ranger kush & the Awwsome pre-roll are my favorite) and the prices and deals are amazing! Definitely my new goto place. 10/10

The quality of the products was standard, consistent with other dispensaries. Unfortunately, I experienced an unexpected double card charge and was informed refunds aren’t possible. The lack of proactive communication and limited customer service response left a poor impression overall.

By far the best dispensary in CT. Decent prices and the staff are awesome! very knowledgeable and always super friendly and polite. This is my home dispensary, stopping in at least a few times a week. And of course Mystic Market is down the road, both conveniently located seconds off of both route 9 and I95.
