"brother, if you think Still River Wellness is better, just go there. Brothuh, If the phones aren't being answered, that means you should assume we're closed." That's what some guy who was shoveling and having a cigarette out front, who is a manager here, told me after I trekked out 2 miles post snowstorm because the website and Google both said they were open with adjusted hours due to inclement weather, and the phone lines were unresponsive with no automated message informing of the sudden closing(s). I called the store even during business hours before and it always would ring out and go to an answering machine. If they have an answering machine, how much extra does it cost to just setup an automated message that says: "due to inclement weather/broken POS system/broken heating/whatever reason at this point, we are closed until further notice. Thank You." That you can turn on and off at a moments notice so customers are more understanding of the situation. OTHER BUSINESS WITH LESS MONEY DO. But to be deturred and ridiculed for something I can't fix, they can only fix it, is something that would make any sane person feel uncomfortable coming back and investing money in trustfully. The cashiers are much better representatives of the Higher Collective brand, and deserve better bosses that actually give a damn about customer satisfaction over personal convenive and profits. If any of The Collective investors are reading this, it's probably time to start paying attention more to what Torrington's location is doing, I don't think they would approve of such things that cultivate negative reception
