Unfortunately their differing lines on the inside do not prioritize the “pre-order” or even “medical” line. Very common to see a “walk in” come in behind you and leave well before you cash out. Other than that, this location is amazing- very friendly staff and great selections with reasonable prices.

This dispensary is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The people here are all wonderful, if you pre-order, you’re in and out super quick, I can only say good things. I highly recommend for everyone.

Fine Fettle in Willimantic is not the place you want to go if you are seeking true compassionate care. Staff is quick to be rude and some of the cannabis they sell smells like plastic. Lets do a better job at spending our hard-earned money at places that are actually respectful. Please take this review seriously and reconsider going to Fine Fettle in Willimantic, CT. The customer service and most of the products are garbage. I've had my medical card for more than 5 years now and some businesses just don't know how to operate or treat people properly. THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THEM. We must work on shining the light on these dark places by not supporting there business. Are they really trying to help us find the right selection or are we just another dollar walking through the door?

I have anxiety about being alone in public but the staff was so sweet about it! I don’t frequently smoke and they helped me find a pre roll and some edible gummies id enjoy. Going there again soon.
