First time doing this and I am beyond disappointed. The quality DOES NOT match the price!! Picked up some flower and WOW what a joke! Its clearly expired, soo dry it has lost its potency, meaning it doesnt do the one thing its supposed to and cost me an arm and a leg. When flower is that old it MUST be pulled from supply or at the very least sold at discount. Its not okay selling Mid or Swag quality flower at over twice the price of high quality on the street. Isn't the whole point to this to eliminate street dealing and buying? You are a dispensary meaning your supply needs to be fresh 100% of the time and the price needs to match the quality if you want to accomplish that. How is it street dealers are more professional than a state run operation? You can tell this place doesnt care about its clientele at all. Would give no stars if I could. Do better! Will not be coming back and I might give Fresh on 273 a shot. According to people I've talked to they take themselves seriously.

I am a regular customer and usually have positive experiences here. Everyone else has always treated me with respect. However, I had a very unprofessional interaction today with a staff member, who I later confirmed with another employee is the manager. A customer who was ahead of me in line offered me his spot. Despite that, the manager insisted that I move behind him anyway. There was no reason for this, and it created unnecessary confusion and discomfort. This is the second time I’ve experienced this type of behavior from the same person. The interaction felt controlling and dismissive, and it was handled poorly. It was disappointing and unwelcoming, especially as a loyal customer. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Amazing products, wide variety to choose from. When I have their gummies my sleep score on Oura is one the best, exilir shots are d best. Boosts energy; I'm more alert at work, and workout that day with double the intensity..

So because my medical card expired, they took off my military discount and didn't bother to tell me that it doesn't apply anymore until after the transaction LOL so I bought an 8th of flower (papaya x mendo) and it was super dry and harsh, like all the other strains I've had here. I've genuinely never had a good experience with their flower and this was the nail in the coffin for me. Employees are super nice, but they deserve to work for a company who cares more about their products and not their profits. See ya!
