Cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, cachexia, severe chronic pain, intractable nausea, epilepsy, MS, Crohn's, PTSD, and painful peripheral neuropathy.

How to Get a Card

Patients must be certified by a Montana-licensed physician and register with the Department of Revenue.
