AIDS, ALS, Alzheimer's, cancer, chronic pain, Crohn's, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, hepatitis C, IBD, MS, Parkinson's, PTSD, sickle cell, spinal cord injury, TBI, Tourette's, and ulcerative colitis.
How to Get a Card
Patients must be certified by a registered physician and register through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
Cannabis in Ohio
Ohio voters approved Issue 2 in November 2023 with about 57% of the vote, making Ohio the 24th state to legalize recreational cannabis. The law allows adults 21+ to possess up to 2.5 ounces and grow up to 6 plants at home.
The Division of Cannabis Control, within the Ohio Department of Commerce, regulates the recreational market. The state has been transitioning its existing medical dispensaries to also serve recreational customers while issuing new retail licenses.
