Qualifying Conditions

Cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, Crohn's, Alzheimer's, PTSD, cachexia, chronic pain, severe nausea, seizures, and muscle spasms.

How to Get a Card

Patients must be certified by a physician and register with the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation. Fee is $50.
