Cannabis in Wyoming
Wyoming has some of the strictest cannabis laws in the West. Despite bordering Colorado and Montana (both recreational legal states), Wyoming has not moved toward any form of legalization. Notably, possession of any amount of concentrate (wax, shatter, etc.) is automatically a felony in Wyoming, regardless of amount. Travelers from neighboring legal states should be particularly cautious.
