Great place, great product, AND the employees are top notch! They’re always fast filling your order and getting you out the door and they take the time to learn your name which is so sick.

How do you start a point program and then literally a couple of weeks later you cancel the point program until tell everybody they have to spend their points when most people don't even have enough points to get anything from said point program because the prices of the point program are astronomical. It's really ridiculous and outrageous and then you're going to tell everybody they're going to lose their points if they don't use them. Nobody got enough points to use them anyway. And then the the lady at the counters reaction was oh we'll spend more money. Yeah, so now you know you just want people to spend money. You're just a sham of a company and everybody should get reimbursed for their points when you roll out your new system tighten up dude... Should give everybody something for free for the inconvenience of your unability to run an appoint program...

Willow Pharmacy is a predatory business that takes advantage of the broken medical marijuana laws in Louisiana to exploit the residents of the North Shore and extract as much profit as possible from them. A 1-gram cart that costs $70 at Crescent City in NOLA costs $105 here—the exact same product. It’s really disgusting, since it’s supposed to be a medical product recommended by a doctor. Obviously, it’s not being treated as such. It makes me feel bad for those who participate in the program and have a genuine need for the products to be at least reasonably affordable. (For context, a 1-gram cart in Phoenix, AZ, would run you a measly $15.) So it’s not like $70 is even close to reasonable either. If you shop here, you’re essentially lighting money on fire. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Tried calling to get some basic information about authorized persons and was sadly met with shortness and frustration as the person who picked up rushed and interrupted me constantly until she could end the conversation which I ultimately did with an apology for wasting her time this way, although I was more sorry for wasting my own time with someone who was unwilling to help me and for my partner to waste their money ordering ahead for authorized pickup when the pharmacy does such a poor job handling records that this is the fifth time they will have had to call to add authorized pickup for only two people (myself and their mom) to be kept track of in their "list". Just a thought: pharmacy service is a service, maybe treat people with dignity and respect (& maybe even a little patience) even when dealing with them over the phone. /: Unfortunate experience but will definitely avoid making the same mistake in the future and will just go somewhere else.

Im originally from California. I been a smoker for 30 years. I had family over for the holidays and I took them to Willow. My brother found the price to be ridiculously high and the flower was poor quality. Staff might be friendly but the flower is 🗑. When you walk into the place you cant even smell the flower? In California the moment you pull into the pharmacy parking lot, you can smell the flower all the way out to the street??! Willow needs to upgrade their flower and drop their prices!
