Love the new store and all the staff makes me smile because there always smiles. Especially today Kyle saw me kinda struggling at the kiosk and came see if I need help which I did. And was so helpful an nice also very knowledgeable. Big plus in my book. Also the girls in the front are always so nice and the cashier. I didn't catch the name of the women that checked me out. But was so friendly an nice. Thanks to all you work here. And for calls service. Im a recovering opioid person. And this place has made my life easier. And not worrisome, being able to come to a beautiful store an not someone spot were they might of had other things. Now I don't have to worry about a split second relapse from buying cannabis the old way. Thank God for this place its really has been a major role in keeping me alive. Thanks all so much. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

(Most Recent: 11/12/2025) They just opened the new store this week and it is amazing. I took a bunch of pictures, because I was so impressed. The building is beautiful and even has a coffee shop. I was able to get my order and go within minutes, because I prepaid. They even have a drive-thru with plenty of parking if you're going inside. This place is so nice. (Update 10/3/2025) The entire system has been improving and I also didn't fully understand the procedure before. You can actually walk-in or order anytime. The appointments are just guaranteed spots. They are also opening a new location, so it may end up being like the store in New Iberia one day. You can pretty much walk in and out there anytime of the day with no appointment, because they only have a fraction of the store traffic that Lafayette does. The prices have also dropped. You can now get ounces for as low as $200. (Older Reviews Below) I order online and pay upfront, but I have to wait a day or so to schedule an appointment to pickup. Then I arrive to see about a 100 people standing around, inside and in the parking lot. I squeeze by them to get to a kiosk to check in. Now it says I'm checked in, but how long do I have to wait. They don't tell you anything and you have to wonder if they even have your order. They have no way of telling you how many people are before you or about how long you have to wait. Do I wait another hour? I already paid, so what now? What about the people that can't wait 2+ hours, when they thought they were just picking up a prescription that is supposed to be ready? Why can't they text you when your name is called, so everyone doesn't have to huddle in a pile at the front door. The bud is okay and prices are not the best, but the government has given them a monopoly, so I must wait .. boom, they just called me up after only 50 minutes. can't really complain too much now, since yesterday was a holiday and some people are waiting much longer than me that didn't pre-order.

Great. If you're new and wondering how you pick up an online order you walk in, go to the tablet, select existing customer pickup, enter your info, and then you sit in the waiting room until they call your name. Very professional and smooth experience. Disposables are overpriced but it's worth it occasionally for the novelty. Prices have been dropping slowly though it seems.

I visit this place once a month to get my M.M. and CBD products. The only complaint is that there's no drive through as I am paraplegic, but it is wheelchair accessible. So my wife comes with me every time to pickup my order. BUT, their moving location down the road very soon to a new and improved location, AND with a drive through. The pharmacist there are very knowledgeable about their products. There's a good selection of topicals, flower, carts, edibles, etc. The staff is always very friendly and patient to listen to any issues you may have, or questions about their products. I am a loyal customer there. If they don't have what your looking for, there's other locations. One in New Iberia and one that just opened in Opelousas. My only other complaint is that they could work on their web sites to be more efficient to order and pay for your order.
