Weed World Candies Store

This place is horrible. They are liars for one will tell you they are selling thc products and they are definitely not. I had to unopened products and they would take them back after 5 minutes of be buying them. They sold me two vape pens that weren’t charged and then sold me a charger that doesn’t work either. Customer service is very very bad I really would avoid going in here unless your looking for CBD which you can get anywhere so don’t waste your money. What they also won’t tell you is there other location got shut down because the way they were getting over on people

This chain here in New Orleans does not know the meaning of customer service!!! My Vape pen was accidentally left there, the young lady behind the desk saved it for me and put it away but when I went to get it the next day it was gone. The store, knowing they had my property, did not even offer to replace my pen since it was lost under their care. Management just got an attitude and said it was not their problem even though their employee had my pen with my medical grade attached to it!!! After I'd spent over $115 in the store buying a new cartridge and now no way to smoke it.... Not that it was any good anyway!!! The cartridge says 94% THC! You can't taste weed AT ALL!!! Bunch of crooks!!!!

This is a scam,they don't have anything has THC and I'm not sure if they even have CBD. Don't spend your money for Regular Candy. All the workers in this store are liars.

Lady in the white coat was very rude! At first I assumed maybe she was having a bad day, and then I come to write a review and I see I’m not alone! Prices were very high, good business for them, very foolish to tourists new in the area.

Went there to with my wife while celebrating our 9th anniversary. 4/20/2019 After spending over $150 there, the ladies upfront invite us back to the store at 4:20p.m. for their "grand opening" celebration. Told us there would be a raffle & everything. So we go back at 4:20 like we were asked to, wearing the hats we'd bought and eating the suckers etc. We sit and wait for about 25-30min, asking about the raffle and party we'd been invited to. Raheem Muhammad walks up to us and tells me we can't be there unless we've made a purchase. I tried to show him the merchandise we'd bought, and he says, He's getting calls from New York City about us being there. I tried to tell him we were invited there for a grand opening. He says "yeah at 4:20". Looks down at his phone and realized it's 4:45. Then tried to invite us BACK at 7:10? Bottom line, we weren't going back for him to run us away again after spending my money. Respect for good customers is much more important to me. I love new Orleans, but I'll find another option next time.
