I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or customer service. For example today I walked in and EVERY SINGLE STAFF member greeted me with a smile and spoke welcoming me in and it’s always been that way. Ive been in the customer service industry for many years and what the staff provides here is beyond great customer service. This is coming from a local.. I come here many times a month. Thrive thank you for being consistent with model service. The products are great to top it all off!!

Used to love this place, had great deals on edibles. But more than my past 10 purchases have been short about an entire edibles worth of weight. Meaning I've now lost an entire package worth of edibles. Shrinkflation at it's finest, if it happened once or twice I wouldn't think anything of it, but more than 10 in a row. It's definitely on purpose. They're making all of this money and still nickel and diming us, it's ridiculous.

Ordered online for a quick pickup and to secure i had the rewards account setup. Upon checkin verified order was ready. Showed up to the store to find out the rewards account never registered and the bud tenders could not be bothered to set it up properly. Explained to me I could do it next time. Today's order was over 100 and I really would have loved to secure the points. Unfortunately, I'll never be back! When I politely asked for the manager to secure the order points, He then got upset for inconveniencing him, bc there were about 4 people in line with 3 bud tenders. He told me I could wait to the back of the line. So embarrassing and frustrating all at the same time. Id say as a new patient here dont expect any respect or consideration for misunderstanding their process or for any technical issues they may face as a store. Also do not ask for education on products or terp profiles they will get very frustrated by you medical picking the right products. I hold a medical license in 3 states and use recreational in 5 by far a horrible experience over priced, and really, really horrible customer care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their about the money and tips not the service provided or the people 🥲 They dont honor they're curb side pickup and the lady closes the front at 745. Even if you've pre-order. Don't expect curb side pickup after 730p.

I think the experience is wonderful every time I come into thrive! Sunny is always smiling and always very helpful to anything I ask him about! Brittney is also always smiling and welcomes me every time I come in with a warm welcome. I couldn't be happier with the service from them all! 🥰

Usually pretty decent service. Older ladies in the front are fantastic. The staff that usually sells the products is always good too. But there’s this one younger lady who works there who can use a quick lesson in customer service. Always having side conversations when you’re trying to check in, no greeting, and you can tell you would be in the door far quicker if she would just focus on the task at hand. Very kind otherwise from a face value but I take customer service seriously and this behavior definitely stand out to someone who frequents dispensaries of all kinds and works at a leadership level. This thing never happens at gold leaf.
