I had such a pleasant customer service experience with Dyneisha. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I wanted to acknowledge her exceptional service because she stood out and was incredibly helpful.

The five days very very low vibrational. The prices are way too high. They charge on every single thing. Everybody is super elusive when you ask for information this is the worst dispensary I’ve ever been to the store looks great. The human occupy in the space is a big red flag. they never have a condo menu you can be told something at the front desk. By the time you get to the register that information has already changed so it’s very very hard to establish trust this was my first and my last time ever coming here. i’m used to dispensaries being full of people that are highly knowledgeable with great customer service skills and even a little bit of personality. this is the driest most expensive dispensary ever I don’t know if it’s because of the location, but I forgot I was in Baltimore. Don't waste your time

Amazing experience from start to finish! Austin is fun, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling pushy. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable asking questions, and their knowledge really showed—they took the time to explain options and make thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. I had a great experience with Ethan. He took the time to help me select something that would work best for my needs and didn’t try to push a sale. He took the time to go through the different options, types and the value for your money’s. I will come back again to this store due to my experience.
