Mary & Main: A Cannabis Dispensary

I was purchasing a gift and I wasn't sure what to ask for. The staff are very informative, patient and very professional and friendly. Custom service and pleasant attitudes are EVERYTHING when I spend my money. I went to a place in Bowie next to Chesapeake Imaging, No comparison with customer service. I went to Glenn Burnie, no comparison. This will be my go to place if I need to return. Very clean and well lit. Warm environment. Congratulations on such an awesome sales team!

I placed an online order and Jalen was very pleasant and retrieved my order quickly and saw that I was a veteran. He thanked me for my service and gave me a 15% discount that I was not aware that they gave. I truly appreciate that because nobody else ever told me about the discount, which means they didn’t pay attention. Good looking out Jalen! He also has a very nice smile.😄

This location is excellent. I’ve never had a negative experience here. The customer service is consistently top-notch, and the staff truly know their products. Every interaction with the “budtenders” (basically bartenders—love the concept!) has been outstanding. They take the time to ask the right questions, offer helpful advice, and share real knowledge, then present multiple options that fit your budget. The product selection is diverse, high quality, and always consistent, which keeps me coming back. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the experience they provide. The only minor drawbacks are parking (there’s more available in the back) and occasional wait times—but that’s simply because this place is popular and well-run, not due to poor service. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 for me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great products, knowledgeable staff, and an all-around positive experience.

It was my first time at Mary and Main. The staff out front shared the ends and outs. Jason was super professional, informative and, most importantly, KIND. Prices were OK but only because I got 25% off as a new customer. William in security was so gracious. I've never met or known him before, but interestingly enough he met me with the same kindness and respect as a security guard in Germantown. Such a gracious man and so personable .The quality of the product is also quite good.

Khalil at the counter was exceptionally professional and kind—such a pleasant and welcoming energy. I was more than happy to leave him a tip 🤑. The security lady at the second entrance was also very friendly. Overall, it was an easy and seamless order-pickup experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
