sam was so helpful when I went a few days ago! i'm not very experienced with the product and she helped me find ones that would suit what i was looking for. after trying a couple, i can say that she's extremely knowledgeable and definitely pointed me in the right direction. thank you, sam and kip!!

This place tends to go above and beyond to help you get what you want if you arent entirely sure. Im not super well versed in the different strains and their effects. One individual, I believe her name is Sam, has helped me multiple times and has never once steered me wrong in finding the right product for me. Of all the dispensaries in the area this one has the most helpful staff, some seriously top tier product and just a great vibe overall.

This place is such a vibe! It's got some of the coolest people in there. If you enjoy a decent conversation. Kip to me is like the Chick-fil-A of dispensaries! The customer service is top tier. I've never left unhappy and one of my favorite things about this place is the loyalty points. I did not realize that it was even a thing until after my fifth trip when someone at the desk asked me if I wanted to use my points to which they explained what they were and I had enough points to purchase a whole Oz! It was like free tree. Love the spot. Sincerely, me ❤️

camryn was amazing, she helped us get the perfect strand that gave us EXACTLY what we wanted. It was me and my 2 friends first time and we felt so welcomed and comfortable with her, she made sure we were certain with our choice and made us comfortable to keep looking at other options. She broke down everything like a freaking medical doctor, we will definitely be coming back and i hope camryn will be there to help us with more strands. And this is after the recreation we feel sooo good, rolling up #2 as we speak!

wow my first time at KIP was amazing. The hospitality is amazing i felt very welcome here compared to the other shops i went to. Reed, The representative that helped me today was super amazing, super knowledgeable and funny! They gave me free stickers, a portable insulated ashtray and a lighter to go with my purchase today and that meant a lot to me, The customer service was top notch and very informative plus they HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH!! this is now my new go-to i will be coming here for all my purchases. Reed & KIP keep doing what you guys are doing you are all awesome!😎🤎
