I genuinely adore coming to this specific dispensary because everyone is so kind. I’ve gotten Keys as my budtender twice and both times she was patient with me and very helpful. I have also gotten Zay who is hilarious and a vibe. The crew does an amazing job even when they’re tired.

Today (1/19/2026), two RSO grams were listed for $14 each, which obviously seemed too good to be true but I ordered them anyway. Shortly after, I received a phone call saying it was a pricing error. That’s understandable. What wasn’t understandable was what happened next. I calmly asked the store associate what they could do to accommodate the mistake. I wasn’t demanding the $14 price and made it clear I was open to working something out. The only response I received was to pay full price with the standard 20% medical discount this just the normal medical pricing. I explained multiple times that this wasn’t a real accommodation and that the error wasn’t my fault. There was no flexibility whatsoever, even for a medical patient, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me to “kick rocks” unless I paid full price with the same 20% discount. I again politely explained why this was poor customer service, but the answer didn’t change take it or leave it. At that point, I ended the call because I was becoming upset. This isn’t customer service; it’s profit-first behavior. I wasn’t trying to hustle anyone. I simply asked them to work with me after their mistake, and they absolutely refused. Be warned: this place clearly cares more about profits than customers. Thanks, Remedy.

I had to drive in from DC and was kinda annoyed about it but, Alex was the best! He helped me pick what I needed right away. He made the drive worth it. Also bro at the reception desk was great as well!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this place. They are always kind, patient and knowledgeable. They take notes and put them in your account and keep track of your orders so that future employees can see them. It's awesome when I can't remember what I got previously. I only go here. I've been to a lot of dispensaries over the years and I have grown loyal to this one. Shout outs to Claire, Alex, Jordan, and Andrew. I see them most frequently and it's always fun to see them again!

So sad to lose my loyalty. I like Liberty better anyway. This place is so disappointing and disgusting. Also haunted. Soooooo Goodluck with that LOL. And they have a Baltimore location? OH WELL. Let me tell you about the security guy in this place who had the audacity to raise his voice at me.
